Research on people bio-diversity register conducted 03 remote villages of Karnataka.

Research and Development Unit: Refining the science is the order of the day, the answer to the emerging questions in the medical field is to be done with research. in line with this, the College has got a research and development center to discover novel and. useful things in Ayurvedic medical profession. Conservation of medicinal plants, health care improvements and environmental conservation are some of the areas, presently eminent scholars working in this Institution. CCRAS, New Delhi has been approached in this matter for financial assistance favorable response is awaited.

Bulletin

To reach to the masses and about the happenings and achievements of college, to explain about the success and sharing the views and to popularize the science of Ayurveda “SAMEEKSHA” – a bi-monthly bulletin is published since 11 years continuously with free subscription and circulated throughout the country.

“AZADI KA AMRIT MAHOTSAV “

Program was inaugurated by our VC Dr. Shashibhishan Hegde, on the occasion of Birthday of Shree Ramakrishna Hegde on 29/8/21 at Siddhivinayaka Highschool at 10:30 am , organized health check up camps which covered 151 students

In continuation of Azadi ka amrit mahotsav on 3/9/21, Health awareness programme and health check up camps organised at SVEMS siddapur by Dr.Uma.B.Naik along with Internees and PG students which covered 155 patients.

In continuation of Azadi ka amrit mahotsav on 6/9/21, Health awareness programme and health check up camps organised at Siddhivinayaka Primary school, siddapur by Dr.Nagaratna along with Internees and PG students which covered 135 patients

In continuation of Azadi ka amrit mahotsav on 8/9/21, Health awareness programme and health check up camps organised at Chetana PU college, siddapur by Dr.Kavita Bhadri along with Internees and PG students which covered 86 patients.

In continuation of Azadi ka amrit mahotsav on 13/9/21, Health awareness programme and health check up camps organised at Siddhivinayaka Girls Highschool, siddapur by Dr.Snehali along with Internees and PG students which covered 142 patients.

Hospital – The College is attached with 140 bedded hospital, with all infrastructures for benefit of patients and knowledge hungry students and caters to the needs of the ailing population of the surroundings. The hospital has got the treatment wings as ethically told in Ayurveda.

Two branches of OPD for the benefit of the patient are running in different places, separate male and female pysician are attending needs of public and students. More than 50,000 patients have been treated till date.

Cultural Activities

The college encourages the cultural talents in many ways. Inter class competitions are held regularly to churn-out the talents. Cultural committee of the college conduct annual cultural/literary competition and the winners are honored at the annual day celebration “Peeyusha”. Students of this college have participated in various inter college competitions held by the University and won many prizes Championship shield for two consecutive years is bagged by our college at the State Level competitions conducted by Ayurveda Academy, Bangalore.
