World Environment Day 2023, was celebrated on 5th of June by doing Prayer ritual to mother nature in the Herbal Garden of DACH.
This celebration was conducted by the NSS unit of Dhanvantari Ayurveda College, Siddapur in association with Forest department of Siddapur.
During this occasion, the Vice Chairman of DACH, Dr Shashibhushan Hegde briefed the importance of protecting environment.
Principal of DACH, Dr. Roopa Bhat, explained about the management of Plastic waste and how to protect the environment from its harmful effects.
Pledge was take to protect the Eco system by fighting against the plastic waste.
Forest Officers Mr.Manjunath, Mr.Anand and other staff members of Forest department were present along with the Staff and Students of DACH, Siddapur.
